    Effective as of 1 January 2025

    At Nalu Massage Training and Wellness Centre, we are committed to your satisfaction. This policy outlines our approach to returns, exchanges, and refunds for both product purchases and training course enrolments.

     

    Product Returns (e.g. Lava Shells & Tools)

    • Faulty or Damaged Goods: If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund once the item is returned and assessed.
    • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully and contact us if you need help before purchasing.

    Return Process:

    • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
     

    Course Enrolments

    • Cancellations made 14+ days prior to course start: Eligible for a refund minus a $50 admin fee.
    • Cancellations within 14 days: No refund, but credit toward a future course may be offered at our discretion.
    • Non-attendance: No refund or credit will be given unless under exceptional circumstances.
