Product Returns (e.g. Lava Shells & Tools)
Faulty or Damaged Goods: If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund once the item is returned and assessed.
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully and contact us if you need help before purchasing.

Cancellations made 14+ days prior to course start: Eligible for a refund minus a $50 admin fee.
