Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Reservation Policy for Nalu Massage Training and Wellness Centre At Nalu Massage Training and Wellness Centre, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our Students. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have outlined our cancellation and reservation policies below: 1. Cancellation Policy: o Students may cancel their booking up to 1 week before their scheduled arrival and will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. o Cancellations made within 1 week of the scheduled stay will not be eligible for a refund. However, Students will receive a credit equal to the amount paid for the canceled reservation. This credit is valid for 12 months from the date of the original course booking and can be applied to a future booking with Nalu Massage Training and Wellness Centre. 2. No-Show Policy: o If a Student does not show up for their booking and does not provide prior notice, they will not be eligible for either a refund or a credit for a future courses. 3. Modification and Cancellation Process: o All cancellations or modifications must be made directly with Nalu Massage Training and Wellness Centre through the appropriate channels, such as email or phone. To avoid any misunderstandings, we encourage Students to contact us promptly if they need to change or cancel their course booking. 4. Unforeseen Circumstances: o In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or facility malfunctions, Nalu Massage Training and Wellness Centre reserves the right to modify or cancel the reservation. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the Student. 5. Right to Refuse a Student o Nalu Massage Training and Wellness Centre reserves the right to refuse onto a course agreement in the following cases:  The booking violates these Terms and Conditions.  Course are fully booked.  The Student is deemed likely to engage in illegal activities, disrupt public order, or act contrary to public morals during their stay.  The Student's behavior poses a significant nuisance to other Students.  The Student is suffering from a contagious illness.  The Student engages in violence, threats, intimidation, or unreasonable demands against Nalu Massage Training and Wellness Centre or its employees or volunteers , or has engaged in similar behavior in the past.  The Student is intoxicated or exhibits extremely disruptive behavior.  The Student fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including cancellation
